Rob Stinnett’s journey in construction began in 1985 when he entered the industry as a 22-year-old laborer, eager to learn and grow. After honing his skills with three different builders, he earned his Nevada General Contractor license in 1999, marking the start of his entrepreneurial journey. His first notable accomplishment was the construction of two remarkable townhomes in Carson City, demonstrating his talent and dedication early on. At the same time, he led a team of 30 professionals in framing homes for a prominent track home builder in the Gardnerville/Minden area.

Recognizing the growth potential in 2003, Rob relocated his business to the thriving Smith Valley region. There, he partnered with a private lender, and together they built over 50 exceptional spec homes in Smith Valley and Fallon, NV, over seven years. This period solidified his reputation for creating high-quality homes while managing complex projects.

‍In 2012, facing a downturn in the building industry, Rob pivoted to new opportunities in Southern California. He obtained his California General Contractor license and focused on high-end remodeling and additions in prestigious areas like Santa Monica, Brentwood, and Malibu. It was during this time that Rob’s expertise in crafting super-custom homes truly flourished, further elevating his reputation in the industry.

‍Despite his success in California, Reno always held a special place in Rob’s heart. In 2017, he returned home as the local market rebounded, bringing his refined skills back to Northern Nevada. He quickly made his mark by developing a stunning spec home in the prestigious Rancharrah development. By 2021, Rob achieved an extraordinary milestone when one of his custom homes broke records for Reno’s highest price per square foot.
